Review Times
The Client will set the workflow review time depending on how large the equipment package is. Larger packages with many tags and allot of data will take longer than smaller packages, usually up to 30 days or more.
The amount of time remaining on your review documents is located on the top right hand corner of the screen. If you don’t get to your review in the allocated time it will automatically move on to the next phase of the review workflow which is to the Consolidator.
The consolidator does have the option to put the document back into the review workflow if needed.
A reviewer should NOT select submit to consolidator unless all reviews are complete from the other Engineering reviewers also.
The workflow will automatically move to the next phase on its own. This function is here to expedite a review if needed.
