All Vendor packages are configured prior to deployment ensuring a consistent project approach. Projects can choose from our master templates or create new fields as required. Each project has its own document and user base, and clients can configure, deploy and manage multiple projects separately.
Typically a new project takes a setup time of 30-90 days from receipt of PO depending on the maturity of the project specifications. During the setup process there are specifications to review, Operations and Engineering discussions as well as vendor setup requirements, vendor configuration, table’s configuration and finally deployment.
Vendor training is ongoing and will begin after deployment.
