If your screen freezes or is unresponsive when working in AssetNet its usually either a browser issue or you are selecting too many areas and not waiting for the server to respond with the required data/report/data table.

We recommend:

Select the refresh button, you should not lose the work you have entered as AssetNet auto saves frequently.

Wait for the system to respond when you select a search. Do not keep selecting as this will slow your search down even more.

Log out of AssetNet, go to your browser settings, select history and clear your cache. Log back into AssetNet.

If the problem persists contact your project administrator, they will contact AssetNet and we will endeavour to resolve your issue.
